AI Challenge

Practical AI Capability. Real-World Application.

Most people are learning about AI.

The bigger question is: Can you actually use AI effectively to produce meaningful results?

The Adapt and Win AI Challenge is designed to help participants demonstrate practical AI workplace capability through real-world application, execution, and problem solving.

This is not a coding exam or technical certification.

It is a practical challenge focused on communication, problem solving, workflow thinking, execution, adaptability, and AI collaboration.

Tier 1

AI Challenge — $99

Practical AI Workplace Execution

Audience: Professionals, workers, career changers, and ambitious individuals seeking to demonstrate practical AI capability in real-world situations.

Participants complete a practical project showing they can work with AI to generate better results in productivity, communication, workflow execution, problem solving, clarity, or workplace effectiveness.

Examples may include:
  • business workflows
  • workplace automation ideas
  • communication systems
  • reports
  • presentations
  • operational improvements
  • career-related projects
Evaluation criteria:
  • practical thinking
  • effective AI usage
  • clarity of execution
  • originality
  • personalization
  • quality of outcomes

AI use is expected and encouraged. Certification requires clear evidence of the applicant's own original idea, direction, decisions, revisions, and useful final result.

Completion includes:
  • AI Challenge Certificate of Completion
  • LinkedIn and résumé credential usage
  • practical demonstration of AI capability
Tier 2

Multi-AI Orchestration Challenge — $199

Advanced Multi-AI Execution and Coordination

Audience: Engineers, builders, advanced AI users, and ambitious professionals seeking to demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple AI systems to solve more complex real-world problems.

Participants work with multiple AI systems to solve a real-world problem or improve a meaningful workflow.

The focus is human-led orchestration of multiple AI systems to analyze, compare, refine, critique, improve, and execute workflows that produce stronger outcomes. Tier 2 does not require fully autonomous AI agents.

Possible submission concepts:
  • AI workflow orchestration
  • comparative AI analysis
  • iterative refinement systems
  • autonomous workflow pipelines
  • multi-step execution systems
  • collaborative AI reasoning
  • complex real-world problem solving
Evaluation criteria:
  • orchestration strategy
  • quality of AI coordination
  • workflow design
  • reasoning and refinement
  • originality
  • execution quality
  • practical outcomes
  • ability to leverage strengths across multiple AI systems
Completion includes:
  • Multi-AI Orchestration Certificate of Completion
  • advanced AI capability recognition
  • LinkedIn and résumé credential usage
  • demonstration of advanced AI execution capability
Tier 3

Fully Autonomous AI Team Coordination — Coming Later

Future Autonomous AI Coordination Level

Coming later. This future level will focus on coordinating autonomous AI systems that can divide work, manage steps, and collaborate with less direct human control.

Important Notes

AI assistance is expected and encouraged, but submissions must show your own thinking, judgment, direction, and practical application.

The goal is not technical complexity for its own sake. The goal is meaningful practical capability using AI effectively.
